Sylvia Mantsos is very passionate about working with her husband Archie Mantsos in their business and is keen to use her extensive and varied experience in management, retail and compliance to ensure the business runs efficiently adopting best practice standards.
Warm, bubbly and very well grounded sums up Sylvia with her natural affinity with people, which has captured the affections of staff and clients alike.
Having worked in real estate as a front line sale performer has given Sylvia a real appreciation behind the key elements of support required from an operations perspective to ensure the relevant systems and processes are available to support the sales and property management teams.
A chequered career includes retail store management of which Sylvia achieved the No.1 Store for the year nationally; she then progressed to National Area Manager overseeing VIC, NSW and SA. Sylvia was then offered a position to move into Compliance and Operations which she undertook as a new challenge to impact the business positively from a different avenue.
As the role of office administrator is comprehensive and requires expertise from many disciplines Sylvia is the focal point for most daily undertakings and is in constant communication with her husband Archie the Officer in Effective control.
Sylvia also works hand in hand with the property management department and has adopted a reputation for calling her landlords and tenants to have a casual ‘chat’ and ensure they are well looked after – offering that personal touch!
